Women Mind Big Lines
A Backcountry Ski Offering for Women Who Want To Escape the Resort and Re-Wild Together
While Supporting a Worthy Cause!
Are you ready to embark on an incredible journey that not only uplifts your spirit but also empowers others? Our Guided Women's Ski Touring Series is designed for women and female identifying folk seeking adventure, resilience, and self-love. These retreats are about more than just skiing; it's about building a supportive community and finding your voice in the mountains. All proceeds go towards cleaning services for single mothers in the Sea-to-Sky.
The series follows a progression, so if you have little to no experience in the backcountry, you would enjoy one of the first two retreats. The second two become more serious backcountry adventures with winter camping and bigger terrain. This is a grassroots small business female owned multicultural and diversity friendly movement.
Why Participate?
Empower Your Voice: Be part of meaningful discussions that encourage women's empowerment and self-expression.
Develop Backcountry Skiing Skills: We will focus on reading terrain, snow science, and how to travel safely in the backcountry.
Build Resilience: Challenge yourself in breathtaking terrain while developing mental toughness and confidence.
Embrace Self-Love: Engage in conversations that focus on self-care and acceptance, fostering a positive mindset.
Single mothers often juggle multiple responsibilities with limited resources. By supporting them, we contribute to:
Community Strength: Stronger families lead to stronger communities.
Economic Stability: Providing services allows single parents to regain focus on their careers or education.
Emotional Wellbeing: Helping alleviate daily stress fosters a more nurturing environment for children.
Space is limited. Secure your spot today for an experience that combines adventure and connection.
Pricing: Book by December 20th to save 10%. There is no need to book all four trips. A 50% deposit will hold your spot.

A Message from Your Guide:
As the fifth American female to gain IFMGA status in 2009, I have been working worldwide as a guide and most recently as an instructor and examiner for new guides with the ACMG. In addition to my guiding experience, I am a clinical counsellor, which enables me to approach this backcountry skiing series with a unique perspective. Studies have shown that countries with female leaders often experience better outcomes, including lower rates of conflict and higher investments in health and education. Research indicates that companies with more women in leadership also tend to perform better, reflecting the positive impact of women's leadership in various sectors. Through this trip, I aim to foster resilience, confidence, and camaraderie among women as we explore the beauty of the backcountry together.
All proceeds from these trips will directly benefit local single-parent families by funding essential cleaning services. By participating, you are helping to ease their burdens and provide vital support. Every registration contributes to not just our own pow lines but also a more resilient community.
